DINO-1038: fix Dependabot config (group names must be >= 3 chars) - #1038
Fixes the Dependabot config merged in DINO-1038-2. GitHub rejects it with:
The property '#/updates/N/multi-ecosystem-group' was not of a minimum string length of 3
Multi-ecosystem group names must be at least 3 characters; ci is 2. Renames the group ci → cicd. PR titles keep the deps(ci): prefix. No other changes.
Testing
GitHub only validates dependabot.yml on the default branch: after merge, the .github/dependabot.yml check run (Dependabot app) on main should pass, and Insights → Dependency graph → Dependabot should show no config errors.
