🔒 fix(deps): override katex to 0.18.2 in the docs lint toolchain - #462

Clears GHSA-238p-pmpm-9mq7 (Dependabot #60). markdownlint pulls katex through micromark-extension-math, whose latest release still asks for ^0.16.0; markdownlint imports only the math syntax extension, never lib/html.js where katex is used, so the override cannot change lint behaviour. Same pattern as the existing js-yaml and smol-toml overrides.

katex arrives via markdownlint-cli2 → markdownlint → micromark-extension-math (latest 3.1.0 still declares
katex ^0.16.0, so no upstream bump exists). markdownlint only imports themathsyntax extension; katex is required solely fromlib/html.js, which markdownlint never loads, so overriding to 0.18.2 cannot change lint behaviour. Follows the existing js-yaml / smol-toml overrides.Local:
task lint:markdowngreen;npm auditno longer lists katex (braces GHSA-vfj7-8cjw-p6xm remains, no fix published upstream).
