Embedding Bokeh server apps within Binder requires a more complicated network config.
We can either try to get the apps working properly (which will require a more complicated setup and it's unclear if that would alter the way the user has to use the API), or we can build simple bokeh apps that are defined within the notebooks and simply called before execution. Either way, not an ideal solution.
