Gene annotation jumping only works first time

When selecting an annotation and jumping to it, after the user scrolls away from the view, selecting the annotation again does not jump back to the same spot (it does nothing)

This is an artifact of the way the code for jumping is executed. A selection listener is set on the tableview, but when scrolling away the Annotation is still selected. The selection does not change when selecting the same row, as a result the listener is not fired.

I agree that this should be changed, maybe explicitly putting a listener on each row as opposed to listening to the selection.
