…abot templates - release.yml: re-copy the Project-Colony-Resources sign-and-publish caller template. The build job now installs Rust with rustup (stable, minimal profile, plus the matrix target) instead of the dtolnay/rust-toolchain pin. The sign-and-publish.yml organisation pin stays at 619460ff. - dependabot.yml: copy the current template, whose ignore rule ends with a wildcard so it matches the shared signing workflow and Dependabot never moves the organisation pin. - ci.yml: replace the four dtolnay/rust-toolchain steps with the rustup step from design/dependencies.md. The MSRV job installs the rust-version read from Cargo.toml (1.88); clippy and rustfmt add their component.

Brings the workflow and Dependabot files back in line with the current Project-Colony-Resources templates. Rust source stays the same.
Changes
.github/workflows/release.yml: re-copied fromtemplates/sign-and-publish-caller.yml(Resources main, after chore(deps): bump the cargo-minor group with 4 updates #20) with{{APP_NAME}}=shift. The template changed in one place: the build job's Install Rust step now usesrustup(stable, minimal profile, rustup target addfor the matrix target) instead of thedtolnay/rust-toolchainpin. Thesign-and-publish.ymlorganisation pin stays at619460ff4dc0049f129955f0988d368427b9eedb..github/dependabot.yml: copied byte for byte fromtemplates/dependabot.yml. The ignore rule is nowProject-Colony/Project-Colony-Resources*. Dependabot names the shared workflow after its path, so without the trailing wildcard it could open PRs that move the organisation pin (Resources feat: ship the binary as shift and answer --version #14)..github/workflows/ci.yml: all fourdtolnay/rust-toolchainsteps now use the rustup step fromdesign/dependencies.md(Toolchain), withshell: bashso it runs the same way on the Windows and macOS legs. The MSRV job installs therust-versionit reads fromCargo.toml(1.88) and makes it the default. It passes the version through the existingRUSTUP_TOOLCHAINenv var, sorun:contains no template expansion. The clippy and rustfmt jobs runrustup component addfor their component. The checkout and rust-cache SHA pins stay as they were.Verification
sed 's/{{APP_NAME}}/shift/g' templates/sign-and-publish-caller.yml | diff - .github/workflows/release.ymlprints nothing, and no{{APP_NAMEremains.cmp templates/dependabot.yml .github/dependabot.ymlprints nothing.dtolnay/rust-toolchainreference is left in the repository. All three files parse as YAML.
