把QDK依赖及锁文件同步到本轮已审查的PIT主表证据提交，确保风险研究栈消费同一版本的合约。执行器业务逻辑保持既有实现，实际持仓风险插件与只减仓恢复策略由quant-risk-monitor和ASM接入。
验证执行器完整208项测试通过，Ruff与精确提交校验通过；依赖锁只变化内部提交，不升级无关包。
