[Feature Request] Merge the titlebar button

Create a new titblebar button to show the context menu, and the menu item is for merging some others titlebar button.

And I should merge the MediaInfoViewer / BinaryViewer from my legacy forked.

Some new idea for HexViewer(BinaryViewer):

 Get-Content test0710_intensity.pcd -Encoding Byte -TotalCount 1000 | Format-Hex

Add the Copy full path menu item.

Next steps: Unify ImageViewer's extra buttons to More Menu and context menu, this is to show more purity (I also often confuse images covered by buttons), and to make it easier to unify styles in different Web ImageViewer (such as #1797).
