Tests against onnx weekly started to fail recently for models that use data types not available in our pinned IR version (8). The IR version specifies which protobuf schema runtimes should expect. Runtimes can read old versions, but need explicit support for new ones. We set an explicit version, because otherwise onnx would set the latest one, which is usually not compatible with current onnxruntimes. Bumping the IR version to 10 (released 2+ years ago) is perfectly supported by now and covers all dtypes that can be used with spox (i.e., all ONNX dtypes).
