- 기존의 배포시 umask 값을 027로 내려주어 내려받은 이미지가 640으로 생성, 배포된 웹서비스에서 403 error code로 표시되지 않았던 문제 수정
- 배포용 static asset 파일 권한을 파일 644 / 폴더 755로 맞춤
