I see leadership as a responsibility to enable people, remove impediments, share knowledge and foster autonomy. My role is not to have every answer or to centralize decisions, but to provide direction, context and judgment so teams can make better decisions and take ownership with confidence.
I stay practical and close to the technology: I believe in understanding problems in depth, connecting strategy with execution, and setting principles that solve not only today's needs but tomorrow's challenges too.
My goal is an impact that goes beyond my individual contributions: better systems, stronger people, and a better way for the organization to collaborate and solve problems.

Mi liderazgo combina la visión técnica y estratégica con una mentalidad de servicio. Busco conectar arquitectura, negocio y organización para construir sistemas sostenibles y escalables, al mismo tiempo que creo las condiciones para que los equipos puedan dar lo mejor de sí mismos.
Entiendo el liderazgo como una responsabilidad orientada a habilitar a las personas, eliminar impedimentos, compartir conocimiento y fomentar la autonomía. Mi función no consiste en tener todas las respuestas ni en centralizar las decisiones, sino en aportar dirección, contexto y criterio para que los equipos puedan tomar mejores decisiones y asumir responsabilidades con confianza.
Mantengo una orientación práctica y cercana a la tecnología: creo en comprender los problemas en profundidad, conectar la estrategia con la ejecución y establecer principios que permitan resolver no solo las necesidades actuales, sino también los retos futuros.
Mi objetivo es generar un impacto que vaya más allá de mis contribuciones individuales: construir mejores sistemas, desarrollar las capacidades de las personas y mejorar la forma en que la organización colabora y resuelve problemas.
Para mí, liderar significa poner mi experiencia, mi criterio y mi capacidad de influencia al servicio del crecimiento de las personas y del éxito sostenible de la organización.
