vcpkg now ships a kalshi-cpp port (microsoft/vcpkg#54107). Tell readers they can add it to vcpkg.json and get the same kalshi::kalshi target.

vcpkg merged a
kalshi-cppport in microsoft/vcpkg#54107. The README now says you can add it tovcpkg.json, and that vcpkg also builds OpenSSL, libcurl, and libwebsockets. It provides the samekalshi::kalshitarget throughfind_package(kalshi CONFIG REQUIRED). There's a CHANGELOG entry under Unreleased.Testing
vcpkg.jsonwithkalshi-cpp, baselinedeaff8f(current vcpkg master), and the README'sfind_packageplustarget_link_librarieslines. It configured, built, printed0.6.2, and made one publicget_marketscall over TLS using vcpkg's OpenSSL and curl. I didn't test Windows locally; it relies on vcpkg's own CI, which built the port on every triplet.make test(287 passed),make lint,./tools/test_consumers.sh,make docs, and markdownlint.
