Replace direct SAF URI reads with File-based gateway operations. Add the prepared package cache path and keep copy, read, and unzip logic in atomic gateways.
Add the cryptographic libraries required for package signature verification. Keep the verification dependency change separate from the installation behavior.
Detect unsigned, trusted, and untrusted package containers. Verify package.zip signatures against the bundled Rootless Store trust certificate.
Copy selected packages into the external cache before installation. Normalize signed, unsigned, and Magisk packages into the common package.zip path. Clean temporary package files after installation, cancellation, or failure.
Rename package metadata state and component parameters to describe signature information. Keep the UI naming consistent with the new package verification model.
Prepare local packages before installation and show confirmation for signed packages. Clean prepared files when the user dismisses, confirms, or fails the installation flow.
Exclude duplicate license and notice resources from the application package.
Document the external package cache directory and its temporary files. Explain how source.zip, package.zip, and sign.p7s are cleaned after installation.
Document package type detection, signature verification, installation routing, and cleanup. Explain the difference between trusted, untrusted, unsigned, and Magisk packages.
