[loire] Overheating

Platform: loire
Kernel: PavloKernel (22.05.19 build date, 4.9.112)
OS: OmniROM 9 (based on Android 9 Pie)
Binaries: v9

Nothing to say there, it's just ve-e-ery hot comparing to stock or even SODP-based Omni (ugh)

To Reproduce

1. Get the device to "cold state" (f.e. put it in a fringe or w/e)
2. After that start using it for any tasks
3. It will heat. Not to a 75-90 degrees, but even the silicone case will not save it
