Scaffold가innerPadding을 소비하도록consumeWindowInsets추가. 이름 입력 시 버튼-키보드 간격(imePadding)과 홈 상단 여백(statusBarsPadding)이 시스템 바 높이를 두 번 더하던 원인.statusBarsPadding을 쓰는 전 화면에 적용된다.LoginContentTest의 약관 문구 테스트 삭제 — "별도 동의 화면이 없다"는 전제가 약관 단계 도입으로 낡았다확인
