헬스체크를 관리 포트(8081)로 분리한 뒤(apply_prod_dau2.py) 이 경로는 ALB 밖에서 404 라 prod CD 가 배포는 성공해도 매번 failure 로 끝났다. 그 헬스체크는 ALB 대상 그룹이 보고, 앞 단계 rolloutState=COMPLETED 가 새 태스크 전부 통과했다는 뜻이다. /health/public 확인은 그대로. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

/actuator/health확인을 뺀다 — 관리 포트(8081) 분리 뒤 404 로 release: DAU 2만 2차 성능·안정성 + 기상·스크린타임 인증 보정 (10/15~10/17 dev) #327 CD 가 배포 성공에도 failure 였다.코드 변경 없음(워크플로 1개). 머지하면 prod 태스크가 같은 코드로 한 번 교체된다.
