[0.62.1] - 2026-10-21wrapping everything develop holds since 0.62.0 — the fix of #1436 as the headline (the FFM bindings of the Q8_0 / Q4_0 / Q5_0 / Q5_1 kernels copied a zero-filled staging buffer back from index 0, so a product served row by row kept only its last row; single-row decode was never affected, any quantize-at-load encoder on the JVM withskainet-backend-native-cpuon the classpath was), the YOLO move-out (#1437:skainet-model-yoloremoved,Letterbox/BoundingBox/nonMaxSuppressionstay inskainet-data-media,ModelArchitecture.YOLOdeprecated), the StableHLOsoftmaxaxis andlogSoftmaxfixes, the Flexibility at every compile stage page (#1432) and the SKEEP-008 draft (#1434).VERSION_NAME, CITATION, Antora version, README bom coordinate, What's New (0.62.1 lead, the 0.62.0 bullets carried) and contributors, the Android tutorial coordinates; regenerated operator and kernel-support matrices (version stamp).Verified locally:
