Fix/Gate reduce -only and trigger controls by execution support

Implemented OB-076:

• Added explicit execution capability gating for reduce-only and attached TP/SL orders.
• Sanitized persisted preferences and prevented setters from re-enabling unsupported controls.
• Added confirmation-time validation and disabled invalid submission paths.
• Added a lower-level guard in createSidecarOrder before transaction signing.
• Added regression tests and changelog entry.
