Context
For migration purpose or another use case that need to move or clone container on another host there is a missing feature.
Requirement
As Netbox Docker Plugin user I need to be able to clone a existing Container to another Host. For that on a Container page I can find a command "Clone" and by selecting an Host the system will copy the container porperties in the selected Host and spin up a Container in "Created" status.
Then I can recreate the new Container.
