- Introduced TrabajoCientificoHistorial model to track status changes of scientific works. - Updated schema.prisma to include new model and relationships. - Modified MyInscriptionsScreen to remove history section and related logic. - Enhanced ScientificWorksScreen to include status change history with filtering and download options. - Implemented service functions for fetching and downloading scientific work history. - Added tests for new functionalities in ScientificWorksScreen and service layer. - Created migration script for the new TrabajoCientificoHistorial table.
