Product owners confirmed these facts. Anonymization defaults differ between the two ID products, so both pages now say so: - ID Capture: IdCaptureSettings.anonymizationMode defaults to IdAnonymizationMode.FieldsOnly on every platform, and None turns anonymization off. The fields in the anonymized-documents table, such as German document numbers, come back empty because of this default, not because of a scanning error. - ID Bolt: the default is AnonymizationMode.None, and FieldsOnly gives the SDK's behavior. ID Bolt is hosted, not cloud-based: Scandit serves the UI, and scanning runs on the user's device, in the browser. Scandit's servers never see identity data in readable form, and device handover goes through Scandit's relay, end-to-end encrypted. Also fixes two copy-paste errors: the iOS MatrixScan Find page named MatrixScan Count and the Barcode Count mode, and the MatrixScan Pick intro named MatrixScan Find.
