Fix App Store upload: drop ITSAppUsesNonExemptEncryption - #27

The v1.4.0 upload failed with error 90592: declaring non-exempt encryption in the Info.plist requires a matching ITSEncryptionExportComplianceCode, and the app has no approved encryption documentation code. Omit the key so App Store Connect asks the export compliance questions per build, as it did for 1.2.0 and 1.3.0. Bump the build number to 2 for the re-upload.
