Establish Node 22.23.4 before the first CI tooling invocation, patch the existing js-yaml override, and refresh compatible fast-uri resolution. Public content, API specifications and generated collections remain unchanged.

Full tooling audit retains three high package entries in the unsupported upstream Faker chain. No forced incompatible override or generator downgrade.
