Good day @shivamvish160 @vhudlikar - I have assigned you both. I recommend one of you, maybe vhudlikar, try implementing a different variant, maybe doing the creation of a tag instead of the upsert approach, so that you both contribute unique actions

I would like to add a tag to a record dynamically with an action, letting me provide the record and tag as input, and optionally create the tag if it does not exist.
