Draw a table's heading rule like its border: ─, or - under an ASCII one (2.24.2) - #76
The default rule under a table's headings (LayoutTheme.Defaults.HeaderRule) was a plain -. Since it is already ASCII, nothing folded it, so a UTF-8 reader saw ----- under the headings and ───── in the rules and boxes around the table. In SharpMUSH this shows up in datatable(), ldatatable() and datacolumns().
Table with no rule of its own and none from the theme now draws ─, or - when the border it sits among is ASCII (context.Border(null).IsAscii). That covers an ASCII reader too, since their border is folded first.
A rule the table or the theme names still wins as written.
LayoutTheme.Defaults.HeaderRule is ─.
Tests: 7 expectations that a Unicode reader gets - now expect ─. New Table_HeaderRule_FollowsTheBorder covers a Unicode reader, an ASCII reader, an ASCII border and an ASCII border with a theme rule. All 1385 pass locally.
SharpMUSH needs a tag for this (v2.24.2) before it can bump MarkupStringVersion. I checked a local 2.24.2 pack against SharpMUSH's tests and a running server; that bump will be its own PR.
Table heading rules now use a Unicode line (─) by default, matching the active theme. ASCII-only output and ASCII border themes continue to use a hyphen (-), and custom heading rules remain supported.
Documentation
Updated the table layout example and guidance to reflect the default heading rule and its ASCII fallback.
The default rule under a table's headings was a plain -, so a table in a
Unicode box, or one laid out for a UTF-8 reader, had an ASCII line under its
headings while its border and rules were box-drawing characters. The default
is now ─, and - under an ASCII border or for an ASCII reader. A rule a theme
or the table names still wins.

Table heading rules now default to the theme’s Unicode horizontal line (─). When the table and theme leave the rule unset, ASCII borders use -. Tests and documentation reflect these defaults.

The theme default changes to ─. Table rendering uses - for ASCII borders when no table or theme rule is set. Tests and documentation cover the default, ASCII output, and custom rules.
Explicit ASCII-framed tables can show inconsistent header borders; correct the fallback before merging.

- Line 111: Update the table header-rule fallback in the table layout to use the
effective enclosing frame border rather than only context.Border(null), so an
explicit ASCII border selected by Frame.Draw produces a matching ASCII rule. Add
a test covering a table inside a frame with an explicit border.
