Duties roll provider for Pathfinder 2e, and sheet fixes from a playtest - #39
I played every sheet system on a local server: chargen, checks, advancement, a full encounter, and a Duty run on its provider with two party members. This PR has what broke, and a new PF2e provider.
New
duties-pf2e 1.0.0: provider pf2e. Rolls a skill, Perception or a save against the roller's level DC (trivial −10, easy −2, standard, hard +2, extreme +5), with pf2e's own degrees of success. A helper counts as Aid (+1). Improvise uses the highest modifier. Rewards: xp, gp, sp, cp.
pf2e 0.3.1: TRIGPURSEPUT lets another package write an XP or money ledger entry. An @include of INCPURSEPUT from outside pf2e can't work: {{commands}} resolves against the object running the code, so the entry number and the cached total both came out wrong. Mortals get "Permission denied" when they trigger it.
Fixes
duties-pbta 1.0.2: CAN returned an empty string for a move you may roll, so Duties refused every move. It now returns 1 or 0.
sheet-brp 2.3.0 / duties-brp 1.0.2: Improvise rated each of the 58 skills separately, rereading the ledger every time (about 10,000 function calls). With two members, the duty screen went over the invocation limit. The new APIBEST` reads the build once (about 2,000 calls).
duties-salvage-union 1.0.2: "1 Training Points" is now "1 Training Point".
sheet-d20, -pbta, -fitd, -brp, -ironsworn: once a sheet was complete, its footer printed the +app/submit hint twice.
Tested
Every system on a fresh local world: d20, Fate, PbtA, FitD, BRP, Ironsworn, Charge, JRPG, Salvage Union and PF2e (Foundry data loaded with +pf2e/update).
PF2e: builder, +build/level, awards, an encounter with strikes, saves and conditions. A Duty with XP and gp rewards writes the right ledger entries and totals. A four-member PF2e party improvising stays under the limit.
tools/PackageValidator --strict and tools/check-pf2e-navigation.py pass.

Walkthrough
This PR adds a Pathfinder 2e Duties provider and a PF2e purse trigger. It changes BRP fallback roller selection and updates behavior and chargen footer output in other packages. It also updates package versions and catalog entries.
Changes
PF2e Duties provider
Layer / File(s)
Summary
PF2e purse trigger pf2e/package.yaml, index.yaml
PF2e adds TRIG\PURSE`PUT`. It validates that the target is a player, writes the purse entry through the existing routine, and sends a reward notification. The PF2e package version changes to 0.3.1.
The new provider defines traits, tiers, level-based DC adjustments, fallback and training rules, checks, and XP and coin rewards. It grants rewards through the PF2e purse trigger. The catalog adds the provider and updates related listings and versions.
BRP fallback selection
Layer / File(s)
Summary
BRP best-key API and Duties fallback sheet-brp/package.yaml, duties-brp/package.yaml, index.yaml
The BRP sheet adds API\BESTto select the highest-rated key. The BRP Duties fallback calls this API instead of sorting rollers locally. The Duties package raises itssheet-brp` dependency minimum to 2.3.
The PbtA provider returns the sheet’s availability result for move-* traits and returns 1 for other traits. Salvage Union reward messages use “Training Point” for an amount of 1 and “Training Points” otherwise.
These sheet packages no longer append the FOOTER bridge hint to chargen guidance. Their other footer text remains. Catalog entries reflect the updated package versions.
PF2e Duty checks can award the wrong success tier. Correct the level-DC lookup before merging.

duties-pf2e 1.0.0 rolls a skill, Perception or a save against the roller's
level DC with pf2e's degrees of success, counts a helper as Aid, and gives
XP or money as rewards. pf2e 0.3.1 adds TRIG`PURSE`PUT so another package
can write a ledger entry: an @include from outside pf2e resolves pf2e's own
object references against the wrong object and overwrote entry 1.
Playtest fixes:
- duties-pbta 1.0.2: CAN answers 1 or 0 for a move.
- sheet-brp 2.3.0 adds API`BEST; duties-brp 1.0.2 uses it so Improvise
reads the sheet once instead of once per skill, which went over the
function invocation limit with two party members.
- duties-salvage-union 1.0.2: "1 Training Point".
- sheet-d20, sheet-pbta, sheet-fitd, sheet-brp, sheet-ironsworn: the
sheet footer no longer prints the +app/submit hint twice.

Aid was added after pf2e had stacked the statistic's modifiers, so a +2
circumstance bonus and Aid gave +3. It now goes through pf2e's
FUN`MODIFIER`STACK with the other modifiers, so the larger circumstance
bonus wins.

FUN`DC`OF indexed DATA`DC`LEVEL as if it began at level -1, but the table
began at level 0, so every level read the next level's DC and level 25 read
past the end. The table now holds GM Core's level -1 DC (13), and the Duties
provider indexes it the same way.
