Current Portal retires unscoped row History with HTTP 410. Add ShieldLabs.entities.list/get for domain UUID routes, opaque pagination and typed risk availability; validate returned scope and IDs without synthesizing Score 0. Keep legacy row methods separate for older API versions.
Validation: 692 tests, lint/typecheck/build, package export checks and Node/edge runtime smoke passed. A fresh tarball consumer passed ESM, CJS and worker-condition imports, Score 30 and IPv4-mapped IPv6. No npm publication or production deployment.
