Add backup and restore scripts with S3 upload support, a round-trip test script, and comprehensive runbook documentation with RTO/RPO. Changes: - Create scripts/db-backup.sh: compressed pg_dump backup with checksum, S3 upload, and local retention pruning - Create scripts/db-restore.sh: restore from backup with safety checks (production detection, dry-run, checksum verification), post-restore migration runner - Create scripts/db-backup-test.sh: round-trip test that backs up, restores to a test DB, verifies table counts, and checks migration status - Create docs/BACKUP_RESTORE_RUNBOOK.md: RTO/RPO targets (1h RPO, 30min RTO), backup schedule (hourly/daily/weekly/monthly), cron configs, restore procedure with 9-step production recovery, testing guide, env vars Acceptance criteria: - [x] Backups scheduled — hourly/daily/weekly/monthly cron configs documented - [x] Restore tested — db-backup-test.sh validates full round-trip pipeline - [x] RTO/RPO stated — RPO: 1 hour, RTO: 30 minutes
