• 调研 9 个项目（LangBot、LobeChat、Cherry Studio、Cline、Pydantic AI、any-llm、Open WebUI、Aider、PandasAI），结论是三层：协议、服务商预设、怪癖/能力。不用 LiteLLM（安装后 152 MB）。
• 4 种协议：OpenAI Chat / Responses / Azure / Anthropic；约 20 家服务商预设；用户命名的多个连接，每个连接单独存 Key；获取模型列表；测试连接时探测工具调用，不支持就把 ReAct 置灰；自动迁移旧设置。
• plan.md 新增 6.5 行。
