Log spam (Tried to load a block entity for block)

Issue description

The game continuously spams the log with block entity warnings whenever snowy chunks are loaded.
Tried to load a DUMMY block entity @ BlockPos but found not block entity block Block{minecraft:air} at location
Tried to load a block entity for block Block{minecraft:air} but failed at location BlockPos
Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new world.
2. Locate snowy biome.
3. Observe the log.
