feat: invoice history ring buffer event log with event type filters and compact timeline

Summary

Displays the on-chain history ring buffer for each invoice as an interactive event log (HistoryLog) on /invoice/[id], featuring event type filter chips, compact timeline toggle, relative and absolute timestamps, pagination, and JSON export.

• Added HistoryLog component rendering all invoice event records (payments, releases, notes, status changes)
• Filter chips: All, Payments, Releases, Notes, Status Changes
• Toggle between detailed view and compact timeline view
• Timestamps with relative display and absolute datetime on hover
• Pagination with "Load more"
• JSON export download button
• Comprehensive unit tests for component rendering and filter logic
