Overview

This contribution brings four SwiftChain user-facing experiences together in Figma, focusing on trust, delivery coordination, and smoother shipment management. Each design follows the existing Light Mode visual direction and prioritizes usability across desktop and mobile layouts.

• UI/UX Design (Light Mode): Decentralized Reputation System & Driver Reviews #640 — Decentralized Reputation System & Driver Reviews: Present driver ratings, customer feedback, and on-chain reputation metrics in an easy-to-scan grid.
• UI/UX Design (Light Mode): Customer Address Book & Saved Locations (List View) #642 — Customer Address Book & Saved Locations (List View): Provide a practical list for selecting and managing frequently used pickup and drop-off addresses.
• UI/UX Design (Light Mode): Dispute Resolution & Evidence Upload Portal #638 — Dispute Resolution & Evidence Upload Portal: Design an accessible dispute workflow for reporting delivery problems, submitting photo evidence, and communicating escrow review status.
• UI/UX Design (Light Mode): Courier Load Matching & Bidding Interface #636 — Courier Load Matching & Bidding Interface: Organize available delivery loads, courier bids, and rate negotiation details into a clear matching interface.

Design Approach

• Apply SwiftChain's Light Mode styling with readable typography, balanced spacing, and consistent contrast.
• Use reusable components and Figma auto-layout to maintain visual consistency.
• Include responsive screen variations for different device sizes.
• Keep frames, components, and layers clearly named for easier review and future handoff.
