This PR renames the numeric-parser fuzzer: OSS-Fuzz only picks up fuzzer source files whose names end in
fuzzer.cpp, so under its previous name the fuzzer was ignored and never built in OSS-Fuzz.The PR also slightly improves the fuzzer logic, adds corpora for the fuzzer, and updates CMakeLists.txt so that all fuzzers are built using generic discovery. Together with https://github.com/google/oss-fuzz#16310, this enables the fuzzer to run in OSS-Fuzz's cloud fuzzing for the
argsproject.
