What is this PR? 🔍

오늘 페이지에서 투두 카드가 많을 때 목록이 스크롤되지 않고 카드 레이아웃이 깨지는 문제를 수정했습니다.

배경

• 기존 구조: 오늘 페이지 목록은 세로 flex 영역(flex-col overflow-y-auto) 안에 카드를 나열하는 구조입니다.
• 발생 문제: 모바일 대응([FEAT] 오늘 페이지 모바일 반응형 대응 #318) 때 카드에 overflow-hidden을 넣으면서 카드의 최소 높이가 0이 되었습니다. 그래서 카드가 많아지면 목록이 넘치지 않고 모든 카드가 줄어들어, 스크롤이 생기지 않고 카드 내용이 잘렸습니다.
• 해결 방향: 홈 카드와 같이 카드에 shrink-0을 추가해 원래 높이를 유지하도록 했습니다.

오늘 투두 카드 · 캘린더 일정 카드

• 변경 요약: TodayTodoCard와 TodayCalendarEventCard 루트에 shrink-0을 추가했습니다.
• 이유: flex 아이템은 기본적으로 공간이 부족하면 줄어들고, overflow가 visible이 아니면 내용 높이 아래로도 줄어들 수 있습니다. 두 카드는 같은 목록 안에 있어서 둘 다 줄어들었습니다.
• 구현 방식: shrink-0으로 카드가 줄어들지 않게 막아, 넘치는 만큼 목록 영역의 overflow-y-auto 스크롤이 생기도록 했습니다. 가로 넘침을 막는 overflow-hidden은 그대로 유지했습니다.
