The history rewrite changed commit ids. This updates the eight citations in five files (CHANGELOG.md, SECURITY.md, scripts/scan_secrets.py, tests/test_scan_secrets.py, tests/test_quoted_numbers.py) from the old ids to the new ones, using the old-to-new map from the rewrite.
Checked: test_scan_secrets, test_quoted_numbers, test_quoted_metrics, test_framing, links, metrics.
T1-8 still removes the stale KNOWN_HISTORY allowlist entry in scripts/scan_secrets.py.
