改动

将公共库构建与浏览器单元测试默认配置集中到根目录 build/，保留各包的入口、兼容策略和测试范围。
统一 Vite+ 1.4.0、Vite 8.3.5、Vitest/coverage 5.0.5；公共工具依赖由 workspace 根目录提供，增加版本一致性检查并统一 CI 安装方式。
迁移废弃配置，用实际配置与构建产物检查替换相关源码字符串断言。保留现有 Vite 构建入口及 Terser/ES5 约定。

Prism 修复已在 #1913 完成，本 PR 仅整理和复用已有 Prism 能力。 不修改业务源码、样式、公共 API 或发布版本；示例仅对齐 React demo 工具链版本，不调整功能或重构配置。

验证

最新提交 1c84e7a：19 项 CI 成功、1 项按条件跳过，CLA 通过；覆盖 Node 22.18/24.15/LTS、产物检查、浏览器与打包消费、Linux/Windows/macOS 客户端和 VS Code。
单元测试：主包 2,561、小程序 25、Milkdown 339 项通过；浏览器测试 129 + 30 项通过。
本地升级前后对比：429 个产物文件无增删，部分编译内容随工具链升级变化；Milkdown 的 184 个产物逐字节一致。正式发布步骤未在 PR 中执行。

使用 skip-changeset，本 PR 不新增发布版本。
