fix(toast): an error toast with two actions of its own still offers Copy - #829
Found in the Linux retest on ogre (retest 150) while checking #797. "Recording stopped unexpectedly" (and "Livestream stopped unexpectedly") has no Copy button, only "Show in folder" and "Open in Library" (evidence/v1/toast-no-copy.png). That's the error a user most needs to paste to support.
Cause
Sonner has two button slots. #797 puts Copy in action, or in cancel when the toast has its own action. showRecordingFailure already uses both (Open in Library + Show in folder), so Copy was dropped silently.
Fix
lib/toast.ts: when an error toast's two slots are both its own, Copy goes after the description as a small underlined text button (data-videorc-toast-copy). It copies the same text (title, description, any withheld Details: …) and closes the toast, the confirmation the slot Copy uses. If the toast has no id, it gets one so it can be dismissed. Toasts with a free slot are unchanged.
Budget: +222 eager gzip bytes. Main now carries the 400,000 ceiling (#817), so this PR no longer touches the budget script. Merged with main 4d5a791: 396,189 eager gzip bytes.
Tests
toast.test.ts: a toast with action + cancel keeps both, and its description gains the Copy button, which writes "title\ndescription" and dismisses by id. 15/15.
studio-provider.integration.test.ts: the four "stopped unexpectedly" assertions now expect the words plus Copy. With session-runtime-recovery, copy-text: 236/236.
pnpm typecheck, pnpm lint (0 errors, the pre-existing exhaustive-deps warning), Prettier clean. All retest-150 fixes together: 396,435 eager gzip bytes.
Real-app verification (ogre, Linux, production renderer + release backend)
Encoder child killed during a recording → "Recording stopped unexpectedly / Encoder bridge stopped … Copy / Show in folder / Open in Library" (evidence/v1/toast-copy-fixed.png). Clicking Copy put Recording stopped unexpectedly\nEncoder bridge stopped before capture finalization: … (FFmpeg exit: exit status: 255) on the system clipboard (read back via Electron's clipboard), and the toast closed.
Error notifications now show a Copy button in the description when their existing controls occupy both action slots. The original controls remain available, and the notification keeps its identity.
Selecting Copy copies the error title and description, then dismisses the notification. This makes error details easier to share without disrupting the notification’s existing actions.
Sonner has two button slots. #797 put Copy in the free one, so a toast
that used both (Recording / Livestream stopped unexpectedly: Open in
Library and Show in folder) dropped it, on the error users most need to
send to support. Copy now rides after the description there and closes
the toast like the slot's Copy.
Recalibrates the eager gzip budget with the same edit as #817 and #824.

Walkthrough
Error toasts now show a Copy button in the description when both action slots are occupied. The toast tests and recording-failure assertions cover this behavior. The renderer asset budget default increases from 395,000 to 400,000 gzip bytes.

When an error toast has both action slots occupied, its description gains a Copy button. Clicking it copies the prepared error text and dismisses the toast. Tests cover the controls, toast ID, clipboard action, dismissal, and recording-failure descriptions.

Add a details-bearing assertion for the both-slots Copy fallback.
The new test uses a plain description, so guardToastText withholds nothing and the test never exercises the withheld-details part of the copied text. withCopyInDescription receives copied from guardOptions, and copied includes the withheld raw text. A regression that drops that text from the fallback would still pass this test.
Add a test that uses a withheld description, so the fallback's copied text must include Details: ...:

Use an ID that Sonner can dismiss individually.
If options.id is 0 or an empty string, this code retains it. Sonner accepts numeric 0 when creating a toast, but sonner.dismiss(0) treats it as a request to dismiss all toasts. Clicking Copy can therefore close unrelated toasts. Assign a nonempty, nonzero ID for this fallback when the supplied ID cannot be dismissed individually. (raw.githubusercontent.com)

Preserve render-time evaluation of function descriptions.
Sonner evaluates a function-valued description while rendering the toast. This helper evaluates it when toast.error is called and retains the result. If the description depends on state that changes before a later render, the toast displays stale text. Return a description function that calls the original function and appends Copy during rendering. (raw.githubusercontent.com)
