Clears the HIGH @azure/msal-node advisory GHSA-xcx6-jx8p-x3h5 (via @vscode/vsce) that fails the main CI audit gate: lock-only bump of transitive @azure/identity 4.14.0 to 4.14.1 (msal-node 6.0.1 to 7.1.2). Also aligns CHANGELOG.md headings to Keep-a-Changelog form (bracketed versions, hyphen dates). No test assertions cover CHANGELOG; releaseMetadata version-sync test unaffected (manifest untouched). Local verification: npm run audit passes (high gate), npm test 83/83, vsce ls clean.
