Summary

  • Add sniff-system to audit two or more related .cs files in one combined request, with optional --manifest for a stated load-order or responsibility contract.
  • Isolate architecture checks under WorkstationStorage/Rules/Architecture/ and a larger system-audit prompt budget so single-file sniff behavior stays unchanged.
  • Extend scripts/sniff.ps1 with -System / -Manifest, and document the new CLI mode in README and architecture.

Test plan

  • dotnet test: 53 passing
  • sniff-system with fewer than two .cs paths exits non-zero and does not write a system report
  • sniff-system with two or more existing .cs paths writes one SystemAudit_*_Critique.md under Reports with a parseable Status: line
  • Architecture rules load from Rules/Architecture/ only; root Rules/*.mdc single-file sniff still runs without those packs in the prompt
  • --manifest on plain sniff is rejected; --manifest on sniff-system is included when the file exists
  • sniff.ps1 -System forwards to sniff-system; without -System, existing multi-path sniff behavior is unchanged

Introduce a combined audit path with optional manifest, Architecture rule packs, and helper flags while keeping single-file sniff unchanged.
Normalize path separators before Path.GetFileName so Windows-style paths still resolve to a short file name on Ubuntu runners.
