Fix responsive iOS layout and search copy

Summary

• Distinguish the cross-project utility strip, tighten homepage hero spacing, and remove the duplicate rule between the research snapshot and jurisdiction chart.
• Use balanced mobile navigation rows. On phones, show the Search link and hide the duplicate header form; on wider subpages, show the form and hide the duplicate link. Keep the original compact tablet header and align the language selector with the logo on narrow phones.
• Use readable search copy in the placeholder, error heading, and browser titles; remove obsolete internal-looking translation keys.
• Add English/Danish cues for sideways tables on directory, statistics, and About pages, plus a visible marker for nonzero chart values below 0.5%.

• Inspected the deployed iOS homepage, Trackers, Companies, Statistics, About, and an app report at phone and desktop widths to reproduce the issues.
• Added a view regression assertion for the search placeholder and error heading; the repository's CI runs the complete Node suite.

Review note

The isolated worktree has no installed pug dependency, and the browser blocked a local file preview. The updated layout has not been visually rendered from this branch; please check mobile and tablet breakpoints in a deployment preview before merging. The linked project/Android website uses a separate implementation and is outside this PR.
