2026年3月14日のダイヤ改正で普通列車へ変更された、仙台空港アクセス線の快速を削除します。

• data/5!station_station_types.csv から廃止済み快速の line_group_cd=958 の9行だけを削除。
• 普通の line_group_cd=526、名取の両方の駅ID、全駅停車の設定を維持。
• 他路線と共有する快速の type_cd=102 は削除せず維持。
• 廃止済み快速の不在、普通の全停車駅、共有種別の存続を確認する回帰テストを3件追加。
• 回帰テストは修正前に1件失敗し、修正後に3件とも成功することを確認済み。

• make clippy が通ること（wasm32 ターゲットを含む）
• make test が通ること

cargo test -p data_validator --test sendai_airport_access: 3件成功。
cargo run -p data_validator: [VALID] No errors reported.。
git diff --check: 成功。
Rust stable 1.99.1、wasm32-unknown-unknown で検証。

make test: 514件成功、既存の手動性能比較テスト1件は既定どおり無視。
make check: native / wasm32 ともに成功。
ローカル検証は canonical CSV を使用。生成データを含む検証は以下のCIで実施しています。
