  • The orchestrator records the command ack metric only after upstream's new command id conflict guard, so a conflicting command never reports an ack.
  • The pull request watch sweep takes upstream's pipelined fingerprint-then-read loop. A paused fingerprint now sets a flag so the fork's adaptive quick sweep still schedules the next pass.
  • The pull request watch keeps the fork's unconditional cache invalidation before each read, because a cached read can predate a push. Upstream's new pipeline test now mocks invalidation to match.
  • GitHub merge returns upstream's action summary and keeps the fork's rule bypass and stacked pull request async merge fallback.
  • GitHub token checks take upstream's stricter handling: an unreadable saved token now reports unauthenticated.
  • The secret picker uses upstream's shared source select. It keeps the fork's per-kind provider icons and check button. Chat secret requests now carry the provider kind, so the same icons show there.
  • The pull request detail panel takes upstream's handoff append and drops the fork's older handoff prompt helpers that upstream replaced. The fork's watch dog prompt stays.
  • Dependencies keep the fork's stream-json bump and mobile vitest alongside upstream's additions. The lockfile was regenerated from upstream's.
  • Knip takes upstream's split checks and adds the fork's secret provider workspaces to the exports check.
  • The agent context budget was re-measured for the merged MCP tool list.
  • Upstream's new Claude launch environment test now expects the fork's launch telemetry resource attribute.

Keep deferred settlement requests through automatic follow-up turns and retry from persisted run events, including replayed rejected commands. Preserve failed follow-ups and new user input, and guard settlement against newer runs.

Validated with 173 focused tests through check:changed, all CI checks on e1a41f6, and resolved agentic reviews.

Combine the ten runtime recovery collections into one SQLite statement, leaving the initial thread lookup separate. Preserve collection filters, ordering, decoding and ordered reconciliation after prior commits.

Extend startup/shutdown idempotency coverage and guard against full message and run history scans. Synthetic stress measurements show fewer database requests; overall desktop quit latency remains unmeasured.

Implemented with GPT 6.1 Sol through the Codex harness in T3 Code.
