Update Python dependencies. This should resolve several dependabot alerts. - #516

…erts. This also moves all Jupyter notebooks from `ipynb-examples` to `www`. This appears to be necessary with newer versions of `jupyterlite-sphinx`. I couldn't find another configuration that also satisfied these two goals: * The "Try this example in your browser" buttons still work. * Navigating to http://ucsbarchlab.github.io/PyRTL/lite/index.html shows all available notebooks (don't need another click to enter a `ipynb-examples` subdirectory)
