fix: install rclone.json KIO service definition file
The rclone.json file defines the KIO protocol and is required for KDE to recognize the rclone:// protocol. Without this install rule, the protocol is not registered and KIO operations fail with "unknown protocol 'rclone'" on distributions where the KDE install paths differ from Arch Linux.
This fix ensures the service definition file is installed to the correct location on all platforms: ${KDE_INSTALL_DATADIR}/kservices6/kio/
Fixes system-wide installation on Debian and other distributions.
