I am trying to run the encoder install, it passes loads of the prerequisite on the left hand side, but will not pass the ExifTool or FFmpeg requirements insisting they are not installed when in fact they are.
both ExifTool and FFmpeg can run in the shell and both say they are up to date.
it is being installed on a Linux dedicated server running centos 7/apache
