Why
Runtime 15.0.0 packs primary query states into bits and narrows shared lexer-mode IDs. This rebuild adopts that representation and the runtime's cached query-state membership. The Wasm payload is 242,851 bytes versus 247,523 bytes in published 12.0.1 (4,672 bytes smaller).
