In hot paths like guest address translation where `VirtualMemory` read/write methods are called millions of times per second, the `List<T>` indexer bounds-checking adds significant overhead. This change uses `CollectionsMarshal.AsSpan` to retrieve the backing array and bypass index bounds checking during search and copy loops. It also optimizes the binary search midpoint calculation using the unsigned right shift `>>>` operator. Co-authored-by: manupawickramasinghe <73810867+manupawickramasinghe@users.noreply.github.com>

💡 What
Replaces standard
List<MappedRegion>indexer accesses insideVirtualMemory.csloops withCollectionsMarshal.AsSpan()to operate directly on the backing array structure. Also updates binary search midpoint calculations to use the unsigned right shift operator (>>> 1).🎯 Subsystem & Bottleneck
src/SharpEmu.Core/Memory/VirtualMemory.csList<T>indexers executed during hot-pathTryRead/TryWritememory translation loops.📜 Git & Contributor Context
📊 Measured Performance Impact
List<T>with bounds-freeReadOnlySpan<T>array traversal during virtual page lookup and copying. Replaced integer division((upper - lower) / 2)with unsigned right shift>>> 1for optimal binary search execution speed.🔬 Verification Checklist
