What changed
Updates the Z AI provider guide with GLM-5.3-Flash availability and capabilities. The guide names the supported international API and international/China Coding Plan routes, explicitly excludes China API, and documents vision, 1M context, 128K output, Low/High/Max reasoning, and lower-cost positioning.

The provider documentation should match the model catalog and make the regional availability boundaries clear before users configure GLM-5.3-Flash.
