my focus is the hard part of applied ai: taking agents from a working demo to production systems that are reliable, fast and cost-efficient for real users.
currently: early engineer at HeyLevo, one ai platform for websites, crm, events and trackers. i've built the product end to end: agentic websites that adapt to each visitor, an ai chat that answers visitors and captures leads, an ai crm you can run by voice, a card scanner that sends the first email, an ai cms, and the event and tracker tools teams run on.
previously: built backend systems and infrastructure for saas products at The Internet Folks, and before that delivered full products for clients across education, healthcare, e-commerce and hospitality. different domains, same standard: clean architecture, systems built to scale, and software that ships and stays up.
