Implement creator key price alert configuration UI

Summary

Allow users to set price alerts on creator keys so they receive an in-app notification when the key price crosses a configured threshold.

Scope

• Set alert button on key detail page
• Alert config modal: above or below direction, target price input
• Active alerts list in user settings with edit and delete
• In-app notification triggered when alert condition met
• Alert auto-disabled after triggering once

Acceptance Criteria

• Alert modal validates target price against current price direction
• Active alerts listed correctly in user settings
• Edit updates alert config correctly
• Delete removes alert from list immediately
• In-app notification created correctly when price crosses threshold
