Removes the redis flow-state option and backend: 'redis' from the flowState() DSL and docs, and updates the create({ redis }) rejection message. fromJson still validates and round-trips a leftover _rift.flowState.redis (new test).

Verification: npm run build, typecheck, typecheck:tests, lint (0 errors), docs:check, and test:unit in rift-core (776 passed) and embedded (84 passed).

Closes #190

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Engine 0.22.0 dropped the Redis flow-state backend (rift#1336), so the DSL
should stop offering it. flowState() keeps inmemory, ttlSeconds and
flowIdSource. fromJson still validates a document carrying a leftover
_rift.flowState.redis block, since the engine still decodes it, and a test
pins that. Docs now point multi-node users at sticky load balancing.
